Shipping and returns
We ship worldwide with UPS. Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are as follows:
Spain €6 (free shipping over €150)
European Union €10 (free shipping over €150)
Rest of Europe €10 (free shipping over €150)
USA $25 (free shipping over $250)
Japan and South Korea: €20 (free shipping over €200)
Rest of the World €25 (free shipping over €200)
USA: Customs duties and import taxes are covered by Weekend House Kids; customers will not incur additional charges upon delivery.
Other countries outside the EU: The customer is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. If these charges are refused, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs, including return shipping and related expenses.
Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your order through the following email: sales@weekendhousekids.
After your return request has been approved, you will have 10 calendar days to send the item back. Returns shipped after this period may no longer be accepted.
Return shipping costs are equal to our standard shipping rates and will be deducted from your refund. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered beyond inspection cannot be accepted.
Products purchased from the Sale or Archive collection are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
